- Abstract: This project will address the issue of reentry of offenders into the Waycross-Ware County community. It will explore the motivation of the faith community to participate in a model to facilitate the transition of inmates from incarceration to a productive role in society. It will connect community leaders with members of the judicial system, parole department and probation office. We will use a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research design with a pre-survey and a post-survey, as well as a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the program.
