The purpose of this project is to equip selected pastors of Santa Rosa Baptist Association, Florida with Essential Skills Needed to Lead Congregational Change. I will accomplish this goal in three stages. First, I will research literature on congregational change. Based on this research, I will produce an annotated bibliography and use that research to develop a report on essential skills needed to lead congregational change. Second, after conducting a study on curriculum development, I will develop a workshop curriculum that equips pastors with skills needed to lead congregational change in their church contexts. In the third stage, I will use the workshop curriculum to equip selected pastors in Santa Rosa Baptist Association, Florida with the essential skills needed for congregational change.
