Abstract

On the word and experience of the nation's top business consultants, it is safe to assert that organizational change is a very difficult road to travel. Strewn along the roads of change are companies whose engines were unable to deliver the power necessary to continue. As we look more closely among the many disabled vehicles, we also notice a number of church buses. The road of change has proven to be a strain for their vehicles as well. Utilizing the platform of preaching, we will introduce a multi-step process to lead change in churches that have stalled and need assistance to get back on the road to a fruitful ministry.
