- Abstract
- The purpose of this project is to research the concept of small group ministry and apply appropriate principles to develop a strategy to use a small group ministry at Crestview Baptist Church of Griffin, Georgia. One of the main aspects of this project will be to lead Crestview Baptist Church through the early stages of transitioning from a more traditional structure that includes Sunday School, Discipleship Training, and missions groups to a small group system that more effectively develops believers and unbelievers for spiritual life-change. This project will be guided by the Crestview Baptist Church core values and mission statement that have been previously developed. The project will begin with research and conclude with the early stages of implementation of this ministry.
