  • This project trains 17 congregational leaders to address stress in the life of Cool Springs Baptist Church. Participants study personal stress and how the concept of stress applies to the church, examining how numerical growth, change, conflict, structural weakness, and broken relationships affect church health. Participants identify points of stress in the congregation and suggest solutions.
