Abstract
  • This thesis is a study of the transforming of young adult groups in the social holiness movement. The major academic background is John Wesley's social holiness. The purpose of this thesis is to apply John Wesley's social holiness to young adult groups. The practice of this project was performed in the Chuncheon Central Methodist Church in Korea. The author has been trying several things - sermons, offerings, service club (Dream Tree), and summer Bible school for children with his young adult group. The author found new possibilities for the transformation of Korean churches by means of the social holiness movement which John Wesley and the early Methodists began. Its results also suggest the possibility of applying this project to Korean churches for maturing church members.
