Abstract
  • This project integrates developmental theory and evangelism in a nine-session training model for trainees to better understand and appreciate their own faith experience as being among many other legitimate faith positions. The focus was on initiating dialogue to hear another's story rather than necessarily telling one's own. The report addresses with both systematic and pastoral theology hermeneutics, faith development and evangelism. Methodology includes dialogical skills; faith-journey story-telling; introductions to developmental theories; and written asignments. Positive written evaluations and evangelistic encounters indicated successful planning and execution of the project.
