Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to equip the Women's Ministry LifeWay Ministry Multipliers (LMMs) to train ministry leaders how to transition women's ministry to fit within a simple church model setting. This project began with the research of the simple church model and women's ministry. The result of this research, along with the completion of an independent directed study in curriculum design, was the production and implementation of a six session self-guided study to equip the LMMs. This study concluded with a summarization and evaluation session during the annual training of the LMMs.
