Abstract
  • The hypothesis of this project was that the identity of Bruington Baptist Church (Bruington, Va) could be enhanced through a study of key distinctives of its heritage. The project contained three goals: 1) determine the need for the program; 2) develop a program of heritage study; and 3) demonstrate a positive identity enhancement as a result of the program of heritage study. The project was measured by administration of pretest and posttest questionnaires. Informal interviews provided subjective criteria for evaluation. The paper concludes that the goals were met and the hypothesis was essentially accurate.
