Abstract
  • On the road to discipleship and apostleship new members and present members of a Christian congregation will deepen their faith, grow in their commitment to Christ's church, and develop a clearer vision of mission for their own life as they discern their call from God and explore their God-given giftedness. The paper explores a congregation's assimilation and discipling needs, develops a theology of 'discipleship' and 'apostleship' and proposes spiritual growth through discernment of call and gifts. The appendix contains a sample workshop on call and gifts.
