Abstract
  • The transformation of an ethnic congregation into a multicultural faith community involves facing many challenges. This project makes an attempt to identify some of these challenges. It also offers strategies and methods to meet the difficulties. This paper explores factors that contribute to stagnation and transition of a community of faith. Factors as racial, historical, ethnic, and biblical/theological perspectives are components of developing a tactic toward change. The plausibility of Greater Metropolitan Restoration Center serving as a model for transformation was determined by a survey.
