Abstract

The focus of this project is how Roman Catholic parishioners are enabled to claim and share in ministry in the world and in the church. The project offers a theology of ministry and a methodology for enabling the parish community to claim its ministry in the world and in the church. Recorded interviews with staff members and those who share in the various ministries provide the foundation for the analysis. Other insights come from the direct observation of the author, a survey of a small number of parishioners, and an evaluation by the parish council.
