Abstract
  • The project evolved from the question: how can Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery better care for its clergy and candidates? The hypothesis was that through the development of a presbytery staff pastoral counselor the presbytery could offer a wider range of care for its clergy and candidates. The model was a modified theological appropriation of a secular theory model. The hypothesis was not supported. A modified model of this position was then developed.
