Abstract
  • Three months of intensive training covered the areas of spiritual discipline, spritual leadership, concept of the church, and personal evangelism. The training program helped the participants promote their spiritual growth, strengthen their commitment and improve their effectiveness in their services. It benefited the church in equipping present church leaders and developing new church leaders. The conclusions are: 1) planned and systematic training to develop mature church leaders is vital to church growth; 2) the model of servant-leader is Christ and his master principle of leadership--servanthood; and 3) ABC and OBC ministries ought to be equally emphasized.
