Abstract
  • This project proposes a foundation for a curriculum of religious education based on an assessment of attitudes toward Christianity among students in Hong Kong. The project distributed a questionnaire to measure the impact of previous teaching of Christianity and cultural influences on students' views of Christianity, finding that students respond positively to Christianity and Christian education in school; students appreciate life direction in Christian education; Chinese culture significantly influences student attitudes; and girls respond more positively than boys to Christianity.
