Abstract
  • The project's purpose is to develop a model for delegating responsibility which will build up the Body of Christ, by utilizing the gifts of the congregation. The thesis correlates the type of leadership the pastor uses to the amount of leadership the lay people exhibit. The research includes writing papers on leadership and the Body of Christ. A leadership questionnaire will be used. A ministry task will be reported detailing each aspect of leadership and delegation and follow through. Lay people would benefit from a study of charismata to recognize their gift and faithfully respond by using their gift.
