- This project demonstrates how Agape Community Fellowship Church implemented the U.S. Air Force's chaplaincy model, which is designed to aid in the spiritual needs of its racially diverse military force. Chapter 1 introduces the ministry project. Chapter 2 provides a description of the ministry at Agape Community Fellowship Church. Chapter 3 provides a literature review of published works. Chapter 4 reflects theologically on the project. Chapter 5 provides an exegetical argument for multiracial churches. Chapter 6 critically analyzes the performance of the dissertation. Chapter 7 suggests ideas for further implementation of the project.
