Abstract
  • There is momentum among churches to become missional so that they may effectively participate in the mission of God in a changing world. At the same time there is concern that churches lack the spiritual heath necessary to fulfill God's mission. The challenge of a missional effectiveness that is rooted in spiritual integrity is the focus of this thesis-project. The areas of leadership, worship, discipleship, social service and evangelistic engagement are examined. Spiritual integrity occurs when churches are truly present to God. Missional effectiveness happens when churches are fully engaged in the world.
