Abstract
  • Leading a Chinese Southern Baptist Church in America requires a clear understanding of biblical leadership and the machinery to move and motivate members effectively and efficiently. The spiritual leader should not assume the father's role as is characteristic of the Chinese. He or she should serve as a brother or sister with a participative attitude. This type of fraternalistic leadership is in harmony with the scriptures and the American culture. The policy manual in this project is a useful resource in achieving fraternalistic administrative leadership. It includes the job descriptions of the church organizations and a policy for personnel supervision.
