Abstract
  • This project developed a lay leadership training program to equip people for leadership roles within Visions of Missions Cooperative Ministries (VMCM), a network of Filopino SOuthern Baptist Convention (SBC) churches located in the Pacific Northwest. The focus of the project was to establish and lead a cross-cultural team, composed of pastors, ministry leaders, education specialists, and lay leaders drawn from VMCM membership, to develop a leadership training program and document that program in a training program plan. At the conclusion of the project, the leadership training program was scheduled for implementation within the VMCM network of thirteen SBC Filipino churches.
