Abstract
  • This thesis/project explores cultural influences on postmodern families along with their relationship with the church. This project is an exploration of the assertion that parents and church leaders should guide their children in order to lay foundations for faith. As a practical application of this assertion the author provides a curriculum for postmodern families to access as an at-home worship and Bible study experience. The paper includes a theology for the family, an exploration of the church's role in spiritual formation, and the literature review. The paper culminates in a curriculum entitled 'Children of the Bible' and features twelve lessons.
