- Abstract
- Leading a church to adopt a philosophy and a plan of ministry to community college students forms the basis of the project. Using a study group of church leaders, this project affects the ministry vision of church members to students. In eight learning sessions, church leaders studied demographic changes in the student population, revealing that the established concept of the ages, needs, and goals have changed drastically. After surveying ministry needs and opportunities, church leaders presented their findings to the congregation. Six sermons dealing with related biblical material complement the small group studies and prepare the congregation for ministry.
