Abstract
  • This project proposes more aggressive leadership training within local churches and Christian ministry organizations, and provides materials to meet this need. Emphasizing biblical authority and practical application, the project examines attitudes, motivations, and common obstacles relating to successful ministry in seventeen chapters and two appendices. Christian leaders need to train church members for service in 'spiritual war.' The local church should become a training center with an infirmary on site rather than a hospital for spiritually sick people who merely want to feel good about themselves.
