Abstract
  • This research into effective discipling of Arab world believers from Muslim backgrounds studies discipleship in Arab world contexts and identifies effective means of meeting the challenges so that they can thrive within their communities. The author grounds his research in missiological, scriptural, and methodological reflection. He analyzes the findings from seventy-five face-to-face field interviews conducted with BMB disciplers. He analyzes the nature of discipling, the obstacles and challenges of the Arab world context, community and identity issues, and ways of handling discipleship challenges. The author draws his reflections together into a Living Pyramid Model of Relational Communal Discipleship.
