It is an effort to explore the relationship between evangelistic strategy and personal evangelism, evangelistic strategy and training of co-workers, evangelistic strategy and organizational management, in order to set up a comprehensive evangelistic strategy for St. Paul Chinese Christian Church, and carry out the goal of 'Attempt great things for God; Rescue millions of souls.' Recently many evangelical churches and organizations following and practicing the Great Commission of the Lord have sent short-term mission teams to St. Paul and planted churches in this area. May the Lord use this dissertation to make known the Macedonian call of the Chinese immigrants for the purpose of understanding the background and the needs of this harvest land, come up with a practical evangelistic strategy for the indigenous, in order to accomplish the most successful effect possible.
