Abstract

The purpose of this project was to equip the professional staff of Memorial Baptist Church, Baytown, Texas in effective team building skills. This project commenced with research into effective team building skills. Subsequently, a curriculum and appropriate training sessions were developed for equipping the professional staff in effective teamwork. The training strategy includes three phases. The first phase assessed the current level of team building skills. the second phase equipped in team building skills. The final phase assessed the new teamwork competency.
