Abstract
  • The thesis of this project was designed to minister to clergy by guiding them into an opportunity for improvement in ministerial effectiveness through a process of assessment and review. The ministerial staff and congregation participated in this project by completing a 360 degree survey of the participants. The project director presented the results to the ministerial staff in coaching sessions. Through surveys and interviews, the project director assessed the effectiveness of the project which revealed that clergy increased in self-awareness and developed action steps for future growth.
