Abstrakt

This project is an attempt to develop a strategy for disciple-making at Flemings Chapel. Seven small group leaders met over a period of nine months researching the biblical profile of a disciple, process of disciple-making, and evaluating the discipleship strategies of three exemplary churches. From their research team members developed a discipleship strategy that encourages small group leaders to disciple participants in pairs or triads. Guided by the disciple's profile, discipleship will be tailored to the learning style, personality, and spiritual needs of each person, resulting in a growing disciple of Christ.
