Abstract
  • The church should and can grow as pastors are equipped with the knowledge and techniques to develop strategies and methodologies on the basis of biblical principles. Church growth is a product of the cooperative endeavor of a pastor and laymen. For this project the pastors' Church Study Committee and the laymen's local Church Growth Committee were organized. Seminars were held and questionnaires were prepared to identify church growth factors and their effect in the local churches. The pastors' committee evaluated the questionnaires. The results were shared with the Church Growth Committee in each local church. The project was deemed successful.
