Abstract
  • This project develops a manual for renewing corporate worship, especially in Presbyterian and reformed churches. The project report presents an overview of the manual and its relationship to Presbyterian reformed Ministries International. The project manual (appendix 1) has three parts. The first discusses worship renewal generally and presents a model for renewing corporate worship. The second presents the biblical and theological foundations for the model and considers many practical issues involved in renewing corporate worship. The third part of the manual presents a process for beginning the renewal of corporate worship. This process is an adaptation of Hiebert's 'critical contextualization.'
