Abstract
  • The thesis of this project is to encourage the constructive use of anger in the personal and professional lives of health care professionals. The major intent was to help persons to own and express their anger. A biblical and theoretical study was made on the subject of anger. The results of the study were then presented to a group of thirteen individuals through the use of lectures, discussions, and self-help groups. Comparisons of pre- and posttest scores showed that the thirteen participants yielded a measurable 10 per cent shift toward the ability to express anger and a 10 per cent in degrees of anger.
