Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to determine whether a group of senior adults could be enabled to overcome ageism and engage in ministry activity. The research method was a nonrandomized select sample utilizing two control groups. The Palmore FAQ quiz and the Kogan scale were used to identify the presence and effects of ageism. A four-session equipping course was used to treat the group of senior adults. The treated group was observed to determine whether they would become involved in church ministry after the treatment. All four hypotheses were proven.
