Abstract
  • the study attempted the development of a model for marriage enrichment in a Christian context and through the utilization of the model to determine if it could be an effective means of enriching marriages by seeking to enable a Christian vision of marriage to become reality in the lives of those who chose it. The student developed the model and utilized it within a Christian context in seven weekly sessions of two hours each, and then concluded with a twenty-four hour retreat at a nearby facility. Through personal observation, verbal feedback from the participants throughout the experience, and written evaluations from the participants at the end of the experience, the student concluded that the model provided an effective means from a Christian perspective of enriching the marriages of the participants.
