- Abstract
- The purpose of this ministry project was to develop a church orientation program specifically for members of the baby-boom generation. While previous generations took religious affiliation for granted, the postwar generation shows significant differences with the preceding generations. This fact became obvious when the postwar generation involvement with the church declined during their adolescence and early adulthood. For this and other reasons, the postwar generation poses unique problems which an orientation must address. This project discovered and attempted to address these problems by intentionally adjusting church orientation to address those needs and attitudes.
