- Abstract
- The devotional life of the Christian minister is basic to effective ministry. The complexities and demands of contemporary ministry make it difficult to give devotion a place of priority. The project developed a system of devotion that gives priority to relationships through spiritual formation activities and disciplines. Through personal experience and research with a small group, it was determined that a systematic, goal-setting approach to devotion enhances an individual's spiritual formation.
