Abstract
  • The primary interest of this project has been in how a local congregation can organize itself to support the ministries of its lay members in their workplaces, homes, and communities. The development and implementation of an integrated system for the management of five aspects of the church's life forms the core of the project. These are: ministry support, membership, leadership, spiritul and personal growth, and structure and ongoing evaluation. The management system provides for planning, systematizing, resourcing, envisioning and leading the church more fully into support for the ministries of the laity through each aspect of the church's life.
