Currently there exists a financial plan for retired and imfirmed priests of the Archdiocese of Hartford. A survey of archdiocesan priests expressing their fears and needs is developed. Research into other diocesan models is conducted. A model from Newark is deemed the best and worthy of imitation. Six further living accommodation options are developed expanding upon the three existing ones. Emphasis on spiritual, family, emotional, and psychological support is added to the existing financial package.
