Abstract
  • The aim of the project was to lead a small group to discover and articulate the story of Spring Creek Baptist Church and the common themes, values, and patterns of behavior of our congregation through the use of life histories, guided interviews, and world view tests. The group participants wrote and shared their life histories. From these personal narratives we discovered a common dramaturgical pattern within our congregation. These were confirmed by guided interviews with church leaders and a world view test designed by James Hopewell in his book 'Congregations,' (Fortress Press).
