The author perceived many marriage relationships to be deteriorating because of an inability to adjust to the erosion of romantic illusions. These illusions have helped create communication blocks in marriage relationships. The project was designed to cause a positive change in the interpersonal perception of individual members within their marriages. Action research is the design methodology.
