Abstract
  • This project investigates and analyzes efforts of five evangelical theological institutions in Africa to meet certain non-academic accreditation requirements in training students for godliness by spiritual formation and character development. Training for godliness is the crucial objective in preparing Christian leadership. Christian character can be monitored successfully, despite its subjective nature, without sacrificing academic concerns.
