Abstract
  • The ministry project is based on the thesis that mission awareness (mission vision and missions involvement) is essential to the health of an association. An Acts 1:8 model for missions creates an outward focus and stimulates organizational health. The author led associational leaders and team members to develop vision and mission statements that demonstrate mission awareness, restate team responsibilities in view of a missions perspective, and plan associational projects that reflect a mission impact locally, regionally, nationally, and/or internationally. The project successfully initiated a process that can contribute to ongoing organizational health.
