Abstract

The purpose of this project was to research and develop a disciple-making strategy for First Baptist Church of Monroe, Louisiana. The project director examined the past and present state of disciple-making at First Baptist Church of Monroe, as well as researched essential components of disciple-making. The project director led a team of selected church members to develop a strategy for making disciples. Both the results of the research and the proposed strategy were evaluated by experts. The proposed strategy was presented to the church body by the project director and strategy team, and confirmed by the church membership.
