- Abstract
- This project proposes a model for ministry that strives to reflect the mutual relationships of the Trinity. Such a model should construct the relationship between pastor and people nonhierarchically, so that ministry, including leadership roles and functions, could be a shared endeavor of equals built on reciprocal respect. Based on research in the literature and study with church members, the project explores the promise and the problems of such a model.
