Abstract

This project developed a strategy to enable a campus minister with limited resources and vast responsibilities to train students within the organization to minister to the needs of the general student population. To determine the needs of the organization's students and prepare them for ministry, a questionnaire was designed and used as the principle source of research. The project succeeded in determining the needs of the students in the organization. No marked numerical increase resulted from the project, but the organization's students were more involved in ministry than at previous times.
