Abstract
  • The author identified a gap between the United States church and the country's current multicultural demographic in recent literature. He sought practices to bridge this gap using an archival inductive approach toward biblical text together with a qualitative inquiry of church pastors in order to gain insights to plant a multicultural church. He discovered a lack of association between practices previously considered essential for successful multicultural church planting and common practices of successfully planted multicultural churches in the Seattle area.
