Abstrakt

This project proposes to facilitate assimilation of new Christians in First Baptist Church (Celina, Tenn) through a training class for new members supplemented by a ministry of 'encouragers' from the congregation. Biblical texts offer ample warrant for training people in faith and for a ministry of encouragement. Encouragers pursue the important social task of developing relationships in the community.
