This project formed the basis for the development of a deacon visitation ministry program at New Seoul Baptist Church. Chapters 1 and 2 outlined the biblical foundation for deacon ministry and visitation ministry. Chapter 3 examined the unique needs of a Korean-American church through available literature as well as the perceptions of the local church.
