Abstract
  • The Korean church is facing a crisis of leadership. The church must change its leadership from an authoritative and hierarchical type to one that is relationship-oriented and emotional. In Apostle Paul one finds a biblical model of emotional leadership practicable in and applicable to our ministry. This study investigates Paul's emotional leadership and offers a case study of its application.
