- Abstract
- The project consists of two parts. Part one tests a formula developed by the Church Growth Movement (celebration + congregation + cell ' church) as a model for responding to rapid growth at the LaSalle Street Church, a non-denominational evangelical church in Chicago. Part two examines the corporate LaSalle Street Church and reaches several conclusions about its current style of leadership and the participants' personal and professional behaviors. Based on these reflections, a plan was devised for the development of a newly acknowledged personal dream, starting a new church.
