Abstract
  • The thesis of the project was that new adult members of Eastwood Baptist Church could be integrated effectively into the life and ministry of the church through a program of orientation and education. The project director used an experimental method of research with an experimental and control group. The director used eleven teaching sessions, eight doctrinal sermons, and a pre-test/post-test to accomplish the goal. The results of the pre-test/post-test indicated an increase in knowledge and a positive change in participation and attitude in the experimental group.
